Everyone facing advanced illness can live as comfortably, confidently and fully as possible.
TRU Community Care, formerly HospiceCare of Boulder and Broomfield Counties) was founded in 1976 as Colorado’s first hospice and is the only non-profit hospice serving our community. Our expert and compassionate care for those with advanced illness includes hospice, advanced illness management and palliative home health programs, with services based on the principles of comfort, dignity and respect for each individual’s personal beliefs and choices. Every day, our teams of physicians, nurses, social workers, chaplains, nursing assistants and volunteers provide physical, emotional and spiritual comfort to those who are terminally ill in their homes, in nursing facilities, and at our inpatient Care Center in Louisville. We are committed to serving everyone in our community who needs us, regardless of their ability to pay, and continually strive to find better ways to ease the burden and improve quality of life for people who are terminally ill and their families.
